Pipe Stress Analysis

We provide pipe stress analysis using Aspect Pipe Stress, formerly CAESAR II, for industrial piping systems subject to weight, pressure, thermal expansion, occasional loads and equipment interface loads.The analysis is used to assess pipe flexibility, stress levels, displacements, restraint loads, nozzle loads and support requirements.Typical outputs include stress reports, load case summaries, restraint load tables, displacement checks and practical design recommendations.

BOSfluids Surge & Transient Analysis

We carry out hydraulic transient studies using BOSfluids to assess water hammer, pressure surges, pump start/stop events, valve closure and other operating scenarios.The results help identify pressure envelopes, surge risks and dynamic hydraulic forces that may affect the piping system, supports, anchors and connected equipment.The study can also provide input loads for pipe stress analysis and support design where transient effects need to be considered.
